Nvidia Shows Off Its Latest Mobile Superchip, Tegra X1 with 256-core Maxwell GPU
Nvidia once again bringing the company's powerful desktop and laptop class GPU architecture to mobile. The new mobile processor, Tegra X1 is based on the Maxwell GPU architecture with 256 CUDA core Maxwell GPU.
The Tegra X1 chipset - previously codenamed as Erista - is consists of an Octa-core 64-bit CPU and 256-core GPU. Sound Impressive? It's also capable of 1 teraflop of floating point performance, which nearly put its in the same league as desktop class GPU and current generation gaming consoles.

Google Nexus 9 Tablet by HTC
Google announced the brand new Android 5.0 Lollipop alongside the Nexus 6 smartphone. What more, there is also a completely new Google Nexus 9 tablet, partnership with HTC, the first tablet to run Android 5.0 Lollipop.
Underneath it, you'll found some serious hardware: a powerful 64-bit Nvidia Tegra K1 chipset with Dual-core Denver 2.3 GHz CPU and a 192-core Kepler GPU. It comes with 2 GB of RAM and cost you $399 (around RM1,306) for the base 16 GB WiFi model; $479 (around RM1,570) for the 32 GB WiFi; and $599 (around RM1961) for a 32 GB LTE version.

Nvidia Shield Tablet is an Ultimate Android Gaming Tablet
Nvidia announced the company's first consumer product, the Shield Portable gaming machine at CES 2013. After a year, Nvidia officially announced its second generation Shield device in the form of a tablet: the Shield Tablet.
The new Shield Tablet boosts a larger 8 inch Full HD display compared to original Shield's 5 inch HD screen and swaps out the original Tegra 4 in favor of the more powerful Tegra K1 chip.

The Mi Pad is Xiaomi's First Tablet and Featuring Nvidia Tegra K1 Processor
The Chinese company, Xiaomi had just unveiled the company's first tablet, named Mi Pad in a launch event held in Beijing. Besides that, this new slate is also the world's first tablet to feature the powerful Tegra K1 SoC from Nvidia.
The Mi Pad runs on Android 4.4 with Xiaomi's MIUI. It comes with a 7.9 inch IPS Retina display with a 4:3 aspect ratio, having a high resolution of 2048 x 1536 which gives a sharp 326 ppi density. On top of that, the screen featuring a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for scratch-resistant and protection.

LG Unveils the G2 Mini
Last week, LG showed off the G Pro 2 smartphone ahead of MWC 2014; And now, less than a week before the major event, LG once again officially announced a smaller version of its current Android flagship: the G2 mini.
If you were expecting LG to packs all the goodies of the flagship G2 into the G2 mini as what Sony did to its Z1 Compact, you might be disappointed. LG abandon the powerful Snapdragon 800 processor for a choice between Snapdragon 400 or Nvidia Tegra 4i SoC. Both will have 1.2 GHz Quad-core CPU and 1 GB of RAM.

Nvidia Unveils Tegra K1 - World's First 192 Cores Mobile Processor
Today at Nvidia's Consumer Electronics Show (CES) press conference, the company officially announced its next generation mobile processor, code-named Logan: the Tegra K1.
The Tegra K1 mobile processor features 192 Nvidia CUDA cores based on its Kepler GPU architecture which is the same chip that found on the world fastest GPU on the planet, the Nvidia GeForce GTX 780.

Introducing the Microsoft New Surface 2 Tablet
In addition to the Surface Pro 2, here comes the new Surface 2 tablet, a successor to the original Surface Windows RT tablet. Yes, the Surface 2 will runs on Windows RT 8.1 as the "revamp" of the original Surface slate.
Interestingly, the Surface 2 will spots the same 10.6 inch Full HD 1080p ClearType display find in the new Surface Pro 2. It is now powered by the powerful Nvidia Tegra 4 processor, a move up from Tegra 3 processor on its predecessor. Mircosoft claims that the new Surface 2 should enjoy a performance boost from 3 to 4 times faster than the original, and a 25% longer battery life time (10 hours of video playback).

The new Surface 2 is thinner, lighter and faster than the original Surface tablet. On the software side, it will runs on Windows RT 8.1. Pre-order starting tomorrow, 24th of September and to be available on 22nd of October with a starting price of $449 (32GB).

The performance of the Surface Pro 2 boosted 50% graphic performance and a massive 75% improvement of battery life over its original Surface Pro tablet. The Surface Pro 2 will be start shipping on October 22nd and has a starting price of $899.

Nvidia Reveals Tegra 4 Based Tablet - the Tegra Note
Nvidia the chipset maker company had revealed their company's first tablet, the Tegra Note. The device was once appeared at the Computex back in June and better know as the Tegra Tab.
The Tegra Note is a 7 inch tablet and has the company very own powerful Tegra processor inside. The Nvidia Tegra Note is powered by the latest Tegra 4 Quad-core processor clocked at 1.8 GHz and 72-core GeForce GPU. It features a 1280 x 800 HD IPS LCD display, 5 MP rear camera, VGA front facing camera, 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage with microSD expandable up to 32 GB.
The Tegra Note comes with a stylus, the Nvidia DirectStylus technology offers a smooth and responsive writing experience on the Note. There is a front facing stereo speakers that created "HD Audio" experience with a unique bass reflex port.
About the battery life, Nvidia promising that the Tegra Note can enjoy up to 10 hours of HD video playback. Nvidia also promise to ship the Tegra Note with the latest version of Android OS. The Tegra Note has a retail price of $199 (approximately RM650) and to be available globally in the next few months.

Asus Announces New Transformer Pad TF701T
As a recall, back to Computex 2013 last June, Asus announced the upgraded version of its flagship Android transformer series tablet - the New Asus Transformer Pad Infinity. At that time, only a few specifications about the tablet was unveiled such as an upgraded processor and screen resolution.
At IFA 2013, Berlin, Asus announced the new Transformer Pad again. Fortunately, this time the company announced with the full specifications of the tablet.
The new flagship tablet - Transformer Pad TF701T, is a 10.1 inch Android tablet with a stunning 2560 x 1600 IPS ultra-high resolution display , the latest high performance Nvidia Tegra 4 Quad-core processor and a lightweight Mobile Dock with USB 3.0 (upgraded from 1920 x 1080 FHD display and Tegra 3 Quad-core processor from its predecessor - Transformer Pad Infinity TF700T).
