HTC Announced its New Flagship Smartphone - Meet the HTC 10

Say hello to the HTC's new flagship - the HTC 10. The Taiwanese company has been working on behind closed doors for the past 12 months to designed and engineered the device. Build with all-metal unibody with chamfered edges and full-glass front seamlessly merges into the metal body.

The HTC 10 is about 9 mm thick at its thickest and weighs 161 grams. It houses a 5.2-inch Quad HD (2560 x 1440) Super LCD 5 display with curved-edge Gorilla Glass. A fast and accurate fingerprint scanner/home button underneath the screen. It looks different from last year model and the iPhone-like design One A9.

HTC Officially Announced the One X9: 5.5-inch Display, Helio X10 SoC, BoomSound Speakers

HTC has officially unveiled the One X9. On the surface, the new X9 borrows the design language found on the One A9 that introduced earlier this year, but there are significant differences. The phone has an aluminium unibody and equipped with HTC's BoomSound front-facing stereo speakers.

HTC Released Yet Another One M9 Version - the M9(s)


HTC's One M9 family just got even bigger with the newest addition member to the lineup, called the One M9(s). The brand new M9(s) looks very similar to the original M9, but there are some obviously changes in hardware.

Just like the original One M9, the M9(s) comes with a 5-inch Full HD display and sports the same all-metal unibody design. The device also features HTC's signature BoomSound front-facing stereo speakers with Dolby Audio.

HTC One A9 Goes Official with 5-inch 1080p AMOLED Display, Snapdragon 617 and iPhone-like Design

The Taiwanese phone maker announced a new member to the HTC One family, the HTC One A9. The new One A9 featuring the family's signature all metal design, housing a 5-inch Full HD display (the 1080p screen is HTC's first AMOLED screen) protected with Gorilla Glass 4 and running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

In terms of design, the HTC One A9 looks a lot like an iPhone - the rounded all metal chassis, a fingerprint scanner home button, the parallel antenna bands at the rear of the phone, a single speaker at the bottom and a rounded camera setup (the M9 has a square unit).

HTC One M9 is Officially Announced


This is the new HTC One M9 - HTC unveiled it at Mobile World Congress 2015 in Barcelona. The new flagship smartphone looks a lot like it predecessor (One M8). It sports the same aluminium unibody design with HTC's trademark BoomSound speakers.

The HTC One M9 still packs a 5-inch 1080p Super LCD3 display - same as the One M8. The highlight of the front are the traditional dual front-facing speakers,  it's now enhanced further by Dolby Audio - combined HTC BoomSound with build-in amp and 5.1 Dolby Surround sound.

Google Nexus 9 Tablet by HTC


Google announced the brand new Android 5.0 Lollipop alongside the Nexus 6 smartphone. What more, there is also a completely new Google Nexus 9 tablet, partnership with HTC, the first tablet to run Android 5.0 Lollipop.

Underneath it, you'll found some serious hardware: a powerful 64-bit Nvidia Tegra K1 chipset with Dual-core Denver 2.3 GHz CPU and a 192-core Kepler GPU. It comes with 2 GB of RAM and cost you $399 (around RM1,306) for the base 16 GB WiFi model; $479 (around RM1,570) for the 32 GB WiFi; and $599 (around RM1961) for a 32 GB LTE version.

HTC Innovates Selfie to the Next Level with the Desire Eye's 13MP Front and Rear Camera


The Taiwan based HTC, introduces the company's ultimate selfie smartphone, the HTC Desire Eye. The new phone sporting the highest megapixel count front shooter camera - 13 MP f/2.2 wide 20 mm lens and has a Dual-LED flash and microphone.

Looking at the specs above, the camera should resulting the best selfies experience, even in the low-light conditions, thanks to the front Dual-LED flash. The Desire Eye is simply the best selfie smartphone designed for those who enjoys capturing photos, videos as well as sefies.

HTC Launches the Butterfly 2 Outside of Japan, Available in Selected Asian Markets


The Japan exclusive only HTC J Butterfly smartphone, received a refresh version few weeks ago in Japan. Guess what? It turns out to be available for the international markets and will be called the HTC Butterfly 2.

As for the design, the Butterfly 2 is made of a shiny curved polycarbonate shell with dust and water-resistant body of IP57-rated. It can withstand submersion in fresh water up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes, which is a feature lack in the flagship One M8.

HTC Reveals Desire 700, 501 and Dual-SIM 601 in Taiwan

HTC recently introduced trio smartphone to its Desire lineup which is entry-level and mid-range devices namely Desire 700, 501 and dual-SIM 601 in Taiwan.

First, meet the HTC Desire 700, a mid-range Android smartphone houses a 5 inch 960 x 540 qHD display. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz Quad-core processor with 1 GB of RAM. Featuring BoomSound speakers on the front, a traditional 8 MP camera with BSI sensor and an f/2.0 aperture, and a 2.1 MP front camera. Other features are 8 GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot, dual-SIM, HTC Zoe support and a 2,100 mAh battery.

HTC Announces the One Max Supersized Smartphone


It's finally here, the long rumored HTC One Max smartphone. After a few leaks and hints found on the Internet, the HTC is ready to launch the HTC One Max: a super-sized smartphone with 5.9 inch 1080p display, an enlarged version of the HTC One.

The phablet shares the same premium aluminum look and feel found in the original One. You can now enjoy the best overall smartphone experience on a larger screen and thanks to the front facing BoomSound stereo speakers which gives you the best audio experience too.

HTC Teases One Max to Have Fingerprint Sensor


It seems like the long rumored HTC One Max is coming soon. According to Engadget, they received an invitation from HTC Taiwan about a product launch event in Kaohsiung, Taiwan on 18th of October at 6 pm local time.

If you can read Chinese, you'll find out that the above attached flyer is teasing on something, which included the words "One finger opens up a big view." and "You are invited to immerse in the sound with us."

From the hints above, the HTC One Max may spots a fingerprint sensor and BoomSound front facing stereo Speakers. Other rumored specs are a 6 inch Full HD display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 Quad-core processor, 2 GB of RAM and a large 3200 mAh battery.

There is another event to be held in Hong Kong on the 16th of October and the global launch for HTC One Max will take place in China on 15th of October. Stay tuned, soon we'll able to find out more about it.

Android 4.3 Update Available for HTC One


The latest software update Android Jelly Bean 4.3 is now available for the HTC One unlocked models. If you're a owner of a HTC One, you may now start to check the update for your phone. The HTC started rolling out the Android 4.3 update for One few days ago starting from Taiwan, and will be hit all the other regions very soon.


The significant improvements on the Android 4.3 includes enhanced low light camera performance, a battery charging percentage indicator, improved gallery and overall system stability. So, what are you waiting for? Check the software update for your device to see if you are eligible.

HTC Announces Desire 601 and Desire 300


Today, HTC announced two new devices the HTC Desire 601 and HTC Desire 300. The Desire 601 is a  mid-range Android smartphone, spots a 4.5 inch qHD 960 x 540 display. Under its hood is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 Dual-core processor clocked at 1.4 GHz and LTE connectivity. The device paired with 1 GB RAM and 8 GB internal storage expandable via microSD.

Packed with a 5 MP camera with LED flash and a VGA front-facing camera. The Desire 601 also comes with HTC Zoe,BoomSound, Sense 5 and BlinkFeed. It sharing the design language and some features found on the flagship HTC One, making it the most advanced mid-range smartphone available. The dual, front facing HTC BoomSound speakers join with the large screen deliver the best multimedia enjoyment.


The HTC Desire 300 is a powerful entry-level Android smartphone. It packed a 4.3 inch display, Dual-core 1 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor paired with 512 MB RAM and 4 GB Storage, a microSD card slot expandable up to 64 GB, a 5 MP rear camera, VGA front facing camera, and 1,650 mAh battery on board.

IFA 2013: What to Excited about?

As the date coming closer to September 6, we are seeing more and more rumors and teaser about what's coming at the IFA 2013. It is about the time to get excited as only 7 days left to the largest consumer electronics fair where unveiling the latest technological developments.

So, what to excited about IFA 2013?

Firstly, the long rumored Sony Xperia Honami, a.k.a Sony Xperia Z One. The cameraphone from Sony to rivals with the Nokia Lumia 1020 41 MP PureView - Zoom Reinvented (super high resolution, which let you zoom in close to your shot after you've taken it) and the Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom 16 MP with 10x optical zoom.

The Xperia Honami will features a 20.7 MP G Lens camera with 1/2.3 inch sensor rather than the previously rumored 1/1.6 inch. The others rumored specs are a 5 inch Full HD 1920 x 1080 display, 2.2 GHz Quad-core Snapdragon 800 CPU, Adreno 330 GPU, 2 GB RAM, 16 GB internal storage, water and dust resistant, and a 3000 mAh battery. To be available in 3 colors: Black, Purple and White.
