Google has just wraps off that the next major Android upgrade - version 5.0, previously known as the "Android L", the official title of the 'L' stands for Lollipop. The Android L was first introduced at Google I/O 2014 back in June.
As usual the Android Lollipop will make its debut on the Google's Nexus family. The first devices to feature the Android Lollipop is the new Nexus 6 phablet, a big screen smartphone from Motorola; the Nexus 9, a tablet made by HTC; and the Nexus Player, a streaming media player manufactured by Asus and also the first device to run Android TV.
Last but not least, the company said that Android 5.0 Lollipop will also be available on Nexus 5, Nexus 7, Nexus 10 and Google Play edition devices on the coming weeks. The Android 5.0 SDK is going to available on October 17th, this Friday.
