Google Officially Unveiled the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL Smartphones

Most of the flagship nowadays always come in two size, so there's no surprise that we're looking at Google announcing two new devices: the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL, as its 2019 flagship smartphones.

Both the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor, paired with 6GB of RAM, either 64GB or 128GB of onboard storage, and no microSD expansion. In addition, it's also equipped with a Pixel Neural Core engine for secure face unlock and on-device processing.

Google Debuted Pixel and Pixel XL Smartphones

Say hello to Pixel, a phone made by Google. The first smartphone developed entirely by Google. The Pixel and Pixel XL are also the first phone with Google Assistant built in. In addition, the Pixels have the best smartphone camera ever according to the DxOMark test. 

The Google's Pixel phones feature a seamless glass-aluminum body, which the upper part of the rear of the phone is made out of glass and the rest of the part is an aluminum unibody. The Pixel has a 5-inch display, while the Pixel XL measures 5.5 inches, and both screen uses a 2.5D Gorilla Glass 4.

Google Announced New Flagship Smartphones with Nexus 6P and 5X

Last year, Google (and Motorola) unveiled the Nexus 6 device. This year rather than just reveal one new phone, Google showed off two: the Nexus 5X and 6P. The giant tech company introducing the latest Nexus devices at the Google event yesterday, both handsets running on the latest Android version of 6.0 Marshmallow.

Google Nexus 9 Tablet by HTC


Google announced the brand new Android 5.0 Lollipop alongside the Nexus 6 smartphone. What more, there is also a completely new Google Nexus 9 tablet, partnership with HTC, the first tablet to run Android 5.0 Lollipop.

Underneath it, you'll found some serious hardware: a powerful 64-bit Nvidia Tegra K1 chipset with Dual-core Denver 2.3 GHz CPU and a 192-core Kepler GPU. It comes with 2 GB of RAM and cost you $399 (around RM1,306) for the base 16 GB WiFi model; $479 (around RM1,570) for the 32 GB WiFi; and $599 (around RM1961) for a 32 GB LTE version.

This is the Google and Motorola-made Nexus 6 Smartphone


Google has just unveils its new Nexus smartphone - the Nexus 6 by Motorola. It is the first device to run on the Google's latest Android 5.0 Lollipop, which is previously known as the Android L.

The Nexus 6 comes with a large 6 inch 2560 x 1440 Quad HD AMOLED display (5.96-inch to be exactly with 493 ppi) and protected by a layer of Corning's Gorilla Glass 3.

Google's Next Version Android 5.0 - the "L" Refers to Lollipop


Google has just wraps off that the next major Android upgrade - version 5.0, previously known as the "Android L", the official title of the 'L' stands for Lollipop. The Android L was first introduced at Google I/O 2014 back in June.

Android Shows Off Its First Android Based Smartwatch


That's it! Android is going to launch its first smartwatch that will compatible with Android phones and runs on Google Android OS. Aha! Don't get confused with the headline, the word "Android" not only meant just a mobile operating system (OS), here refers to the watch-making company really named Android.

The company set to launch the new smartwatch in December and the Android Smartwatch will having the similar functions to all the smartwatches that available today, allowing you to control your smartphone such as make/take phone calls, playing music, reading notifications and so on. The Android Smartwatch specifications remains unknown.

Google Announces the All New Nexus 5 with Android 4.4 KitKat


Finally, the day has come. Google once again partnership with LG to develop a new Nexus phone. And now, Google proudly official announced the all new Google Nexus 5 developed with LG. As predicted or according to past rumors and leaks, the Google's smartphone boasts a 5 inch Full HD display and runs on the latest and greatest version of Android - 4.4 KitKat.

The new Nexus 5 measured at 8.59 mm thick and weight at 130 g. Under the hoods, it is powered by the fast and powerful 2.3 GHz Quad-core Snapdragon 800 together with 2 GB of RAM. The device will comes with built in wireless charging and packs with a 2,300 mAh battery.

Google Teases Nexus 5 in the Play Store


The upcoming Google Nexus 5 appears in the Play Store along with the Nexus 7 and Nexus 10 with a price list starting from $349 for 16 GB version.

Soon after the leak, Google has removed the Nexus 5 in the Play Store and showing all of us again with the Nexus 4. No further information have been given for its spec and availability.

According to the recent rumors, the Nexus 5 should be spots a 4.95 inch Full HD 1920 x 1080 display, powered by Snapdragon 800 Quad-core 2.3 GHz processor, comes with LTE connectivity and up to 32 GB of internal storage.

On the software side, it is believed to pre-installed with the latest Android 4.4 KitKat. We don't have to wait too long to find out, possibly on the 28th October as the launch date for the Android 4.4 KitKat.


UPDATE: Google officially announced the next generation Nexus smartphone developed with LG - the Nexus 5.
