BlackBerry New Z30 Smartphone with 5 inch Display


BlackBerry announced the BlackBerry Z30 smartphone, the official successor to the previous BlackBerry Z10 smartphone. The Z30 spots a bigger and beautiful 5 inch Super AMOLED display, a boost from 4.2 inch on the Z10. But the screen resolution was a downside in comparison to the Z10 which has a 1280 x 768 resolution and pixel density of 356 ppi; while the Z30 only features a 1280 x 720 resolution and reaches a pixel density of 295 ppi.

From the hardware, the Z30 is powered by 1.7 GHz Dual-core Snapdragon S4 Pro SoC, paired with 2 GB RAM, 16 GB internal storage, a microSD card slot, NFC and has a large 2880 mAh battery. BlackBerry claims that the battery would last for 25 hours of mixed use.

It comes with a stereo speakers that enhanced your music, videos, conversations, apps and gamings with the best sound experience. The Z30 packs a 8 MP rear camera with f/2.2 lens that support 1080p video recording and a 2 MP front facing camera that capable records 720p video.

The Blackberry Z30 smartphone runs on the latest BlackBerry 10 OS version 10.2, which will bring many new features to the users. It will be available from 5 October 2013 and has a RRP of RM1,998. In the meanwhile, check out the video below.
