Meet the Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet: the World's Thinnest and Lightest Waterproof Tablet


Sony debuts the Xperia Z2 Tablet alongside the Xperia Z2 smartphone at Mobile World Congress on Monday. Sony managed to trim down the device's thickness to an ultra-thin 6.4 mm thick, which is 0.5 mm slimmer than it's predecessor - the Xperia Tablet Z (measuring at 6.9 mm thick).

On the other hand, Sony has reduced the weight of the Z2 Tablet by 70 g, which the WiFi model weighs only 426 g (vs 496 g on Tablet Z). On top of that, the Xperia Z2 tablet is officially replaced the Tablet Z as the world's slimmest and lightest waterproof slate.

Nokia Launches X Family Smartphones Which Run Android Apps


Nokia officially announced the so called "Nokia Android" phone, formally known as Nokia X - available in three variants: the Nokia X, X+ and XL. The Nokia X family features the company's design, quality, services and inspired by Lumia and Asha family.

The Nokia X family of smartphones run on the Nokia X software platform, which is based on the Android Open Source Project (AOSP) and backed by Nokia with Microsoft service and signature Nokia experiences. Nokia also claims that the Nokia X can runs approximately 75% of Android apps without any modifications and they are ready to published in the Nokia store.

Introducing the Fifth Generation Galaxy S Smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy S5


Ladies and gentlemen, we're excited to present you the star of the show at Mobile World Congress - the Galaxy S5. Samsung has come to the fifth generation to its Galaxy S Series and achieved 200 million Galaxy S devices sold around the world - what a great success!

The new Galaxy S5 will launches on April 11th in 150 countries, the pricing and availability are remains unknown. Design wise, it looks familiar to the previous generation. But of course, you'll definitely find major upgrade inside this new flagship Galaxy smartphone.

Experience the Details with Sony Xperia Z2


Today at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Sony unveiled the Xperia Z2 premium flagship smartphone, which is the direct successor to the "best of Sony" Xperia Z1 that released in last year's September.

The exterior of the Xperia Z2 looks alike its predecessor, the familiar OmniBalance design, which having front and back glass panels encased with aluminum frame body. Yet,the Z2 is more slimmer and lighter with a smoother edges.

Huawei Wraps off the MediaPad X1 and MediaPad M1 Tablets


Huawei announced two new members to its MediaPad family at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2014 with the introduction of MediaPad X1 and MediaPad M1. First of all, the MediaPad X1 (image above) is the world's slimmest 7 inch tablet with LTE Cat4-enabled tablet.

The Huawei MediaPad X1 features an aluminum body casing with ultra-slim 7.18 mm and weighs about 239 g. It has a 7 inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) IPS display which achieved an 80% screen-to-body ratio.

Samsung Kick off the MWC 2014 with the Gear 2 Smartwatches

Today in Barcelona, the South Korean company announced new Gear smartwatches at Mobile World Congress: the Gear 2 and Gear 2 Neo. Interestingly, Samsung dropping its Galaxy branding in the new smartwatches due to the operating system; the new Gear will be powered by the Tizen, a platform which Samsung has been invested for years.

LG Unveils the G2 Mini


Last week, LG showed off the G Pro 2 smartphone ahead of MWC 2014; And now, less than a week before the major event, LG once again officially announced a smaller version of its current Android flagship: the G2 mini.

If you were expecting LG to packs all the goodies of the flagship G2 into the G2 mini as what Sony did to its Z1 Compact, you might be disappointed. LG abandon the powerful Snapdragon 800 processor for a choice between Snapdragon 400 or Nvidia Tegra 4i SoC. Both will have 1.2 GHz Quad-core CPU and 1 GB of RAM.

LG Debuts the G Pro 2 Ahead of MWC 2014


Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2014 is just around the corner, looks like LG wants to take the lead in all of the smartphone manufacturer at the MWC in Barcelona, as the Korean company has just officially launched the G Pro 2.

The LG G Pro 2 is the successor to the last year's G Pro, it sports a larger 5.9 inch screen, an upgrade from its predecessor's 5.5 inch screen. Beneath the screen, it packs the Full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution IPS display.

Samsung's 'Unpacked 5' Event - Mark Your Calendar on 24th February, 2014


Samsung has announced to holding an 'Unpacked 5' event at Mobile World Congress on February 24th in Barcelona. It seems like Samsung is going to debuts the next generation flagship Galaxy series smartphone - no doubt, it's the Galaxy S5.
