Sony Xperia Z1 Goes Official at Sony IFA Press Conference


Today at Berlin in Sony IFA Press Conference, Sony announces many new products including the cameras, TVs, audio and mobile. The phone that we had long awaited finally arrive, the codenamed Honami device goes official, to be called Sony Xperia Z1.

The new Sony flagship phone Xperia Z1, combine the best of Sony and "One" Sony concept to deliver the best experience to the consumers. The Xperia Z1 featuress Sony's G lens in the camera, with 20.7 MP, 1/2.3 inch sensor size, BIONZ image processor and a Sony Exmor RS sensor. It can take picture with up to 3x zoom zero loss of clarity.

The Sony Xperia Z1 powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 Quad-core processor, a 5 inch Full HD 1080p with Triluminos display and X-Reality for mobile, water resistant and a aluminium body with tempered glass. Running on Android 4.3 with Sony customize UI and a 3000 mAh battery on board.

To be available in three colors: Black, White and Purple. The Xperia Z1 will be launch later this month, wow that was fast enough to hit the market.

The Sony Cyber-shot QX line of lens-style cameras was announce alongside with the Sony Xperia Z1. Two models to be available as the QX100 and QX10. The lens can be use ony an Android or iOS device as viewfinder, connected via NFC or WiFi.

The QX100 has a huge 1 inch Exmor R sensor with 20.2MP resolution, F/1.8 ZEISS Vario-Sonar T* lens, 3.6x optical zoom and stabilization, the same specs found on the Sony RX100M II. The QX10 is more compact and features a longer 10x optical zoom and has a Sony G Lens coupled with a 1/2.3 inch 18.2MP Exmor R sensor.
