At IFA 2014 in Berlin, Microsoft launched a series of new Nokia Lumia smartphones with Lumia 830, Lumia 730 Dual SIM and Lumia 735. All these Lumias come with an affordable price points and attractive design.

Sony Xperia Z3 Compact: the New Monarch of 'Mini' Smartphone


Last year we have seen Sony wow us with the introduction of the Japanese company's first mini phone: the Xperia Z1 Compact, a smaller version of its flagship Xperia Z1 with high-end specs. This year, the follow up of the its predecessor, the Xperia Z3 Compact is no exception.

The Xperia Z3 Compact was announced alongside with its bigger sibling, the Xperia Z3 at IFA 2014 in Berlin. The Xperia Z3 Compact features a nearly specs as the flagship, however it has a smaller 4.6 inch HD 720p display and 2,600 mAh battery.

Huawei's Ascend Mate7 is a 6-inch Phablet with Octa-core Processor and Fingerprint Scanner


Huawei at IFA 2014 introduced a new member to its Ascend Mate line of phablet, the Ascend Mate7. Although it's the third member in the family, the Ascend Mate7 (oh yeah! skipping in the model number too) sports a slightly smaller 6 inch display in comparison with the Ascend Mate2.

This new phablet comes with a more faster and convenient single-touch fingerprint scanner, which located on the rear of the phone, look similar to the HTC One Max. The 6-inch device is build up with up to 95% metal and an ultra-slim 2.9 mm bezel lead to a 83% high screen-to-body ratio.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Retain the 5.7-inch Screen, Yet Features the Latest Technology From the Korean Manufacturer


Unwittingly the Samsung's Galaxy Note series phablet has come to the fourth generation. The screen size of the Note has been gradually increased from the original 5.3 inch to 5.7 inch. Surprisingly, the Galaxy Note 4 screen size remained at the 5.7 inch - the same size as the Note 3.

Samsung may find the 5.7 inch screen size is the sweet-spot for its popular Galaxy Note series, hence the fourth smartphone in the series, the Galaxy Note 4 keep the 5.7 inch design. It may have the same screen size as its predecessor, but it's totally different story at the inside.

Sony Debuts the Company Latest Z Series Flagship Smartphone, the Xperia Z3


The Japanese company has just announced the successor to the 6-months old Xperia Z2 at IFA 2014, with the new Xperia Z3 - the fourth generation Z series smartphone.

The new flagship is a evolution of its predecessors, from generation to generation. The waterproof Z series smartphone become even better and comes with the Japanese company's top notch technology and innovation.

Sony's IFA Teaser Video Indicates 3 New Mobile Devices


Few days ago, Sony released a teaser video for the company's upcoming major trade show at IFA 2014 next week. The teaser video didn't reveal much about the new mobile devices, but the whole video cues to the number 3.

So, what does the number 3 mean? Well obviously, hinting to the launch of the Japanese company's new flagship Xperia Z3. Check out the teaser video after the break to know more.

Samsung's Gear S is a Tizen Smartwatch and Also a Wrist Phone


Samsung announced yet another new smart wearable device, the Gear S which has an extra feature: it comes with a 3G modern inside. The new smartwatch is the company's first wearable device to equipped with 3G connectivity.

With built-in 3G, even when outside the range of Bluetooth-connected phone and WiFi, the Gear S still manage to send and receive messages or make calls. It can be used as a standalone device too, users can simply reply to messages by using its onscreen keyboard.

LG's New Wearable Device with Circular Design and P-OLED Display - the G Watch R


LG officially revealed the company's latest product to the masses, its new Android wearable smartwatch - the G Watch R. It seems like the Korean company is too impatient to wait for the trade show to show off the elegant G Watch R.

The eye-catching G Watch R features a 1.3 inch full circle Plastic OLED (P-OLED) 320 x 320 display with outdoor readability and wide viewing angles. Inside, it packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor clocked at 1.2 GHz and 512 MB of RAM.
