At IFA 2014 in Berlin, Microsoft launched a series of new Nokia Lumia smartphones with Lumia 830, Lumia 730 Dual SIM and Lumia 735. All these Lumias come with an affordable price points and attractive design.
Lumia 830
The new flagship Lumia 830, Microsoft touted the it as the most affordable flagship device ever. The Lumia 830 packing high-end imaging technology and the latest Windows Phone 8.1 operating system from Microsoft.
The Lumia 830 sporting a 5 inch ClearBlack IPS LCD 1280 x 720 display with slightly curved 2.25D Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz Quad-core Snapdragon 400 CPU, 1 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot and 15 GB of free OneDrive cloud storage.
For the camera department, it has a 10 MP PureView camera with Zeiss optics and the slimmest Optical Image Stabilization system and a 1 MP front facing camera. Other features included LTE, NFC, free global Here maps, Nokia Rich Recording, and a 2,200 mAh removable battery with integrated Qi wireless charging.
Lumia 735 and Lumia 730 Dual SIM
For the camera department, it has a 10 MP PureView camera with Zeiss optics and the slimmest Optical Image Stabilization system and a 1 MP front facing camera. Other features included LTE, NFC, free global Here maps, Nokia Rich Recording, and a 2,200 mAh removable battery with integrated Qi wireless charging.
Lumia 735 and Lumia 730 Dual SIM
The Lumia 735 and Lumia 730 Dual SIM pack with a 4.7 inch HD OLED 1280 x 720 display and protected by a layer of Gorilla Glass 3. Both phones has a 1.2 GHz Quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor paired with 1 GB of RAM.
The Lumia 735 and Lumia 730 equipped with a 5 MP wide-angle front-shooter specially designed for selfie lover and a 6.7 MP rear camera with LED flash. Other specs are microSD card support up to 128 GB, 4G LTE connectivity (735), Dual SIM support (730) and a 2,220 mAh battery (wireless charging support only on Lumia 735).
All these brand new Windows Phone 8.1 devices will be available globally starting from September . The Lumia 830 is priced at 330 Euro (around RM1,360) while the Lumia 735 and 730 has a price tag of 219 Euro (around RM900) and 199 Euro (around RM820) respectively.
