First Look on the Grippity Transparent Tablet


Recently, Grippity announced the world's first transparent tablet - powered by Android operating system. The device comes with a dual-sided touch surface and a design that enable you to use all ten fingers to interact with the display, while maintaining your palm at a neutral ergonomic posture.

Under the hood, there is a semi-transparent 7 inch LCD display with 800 x 480 resolution. Upper 25% non-transparent for thumb input. Back sided capacitive multi-touch panel, front sided capacitive multi-touch panel with extended programmable touch area, runs on Android 4.2, ARM Cortex A8 512k RAM, IR transmitter, SD card slot, 4 GB of internal memory, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity.

The Grippity transparent tablet will cost you $159 for a few early birds on Grippity's Kickstarter campaign to reserve a tablet for yourself.
