LG Reveals the LG Optimus Vu 3
LG has officially announced its next generation Optimus Vu series smartphone - the LG Optimus Vu 3. What so special about the Vu series smartphone is not the specs itself, it's the rare screen aspect ratio of 4:3, which give a squarish look of shorter and wider compare with normal 16:9 aspect ratio smartphone.
The Optimus Vu 3 spots a large 5.2 inch HD + IPS display, which is 0.2 inch larger than its predecessor. It has a improved screen resolution measuring at 1280 x 960, powered by a Quad-core 2.26 GHz Snapdragon 800 GHz processor with 480 MHz Adreno 330 GPU, 2 GB of RAM, 13 MP camera with LED flash and a 2.1 MP front facing camera.
The phone runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean out of the box, it has also comes with a Rubberdium stylus pen and feature suck as Knock On found on the LG G2 to unlock the device by duoble tap on the screen. It also support LTE-A connectivity, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS/a-GPS.
The optional Quick view casing has build in LED on the case itself that shows the time, date, currency, messages and notifications.
